why does obstetry and gynaecology and surgery lessons is so difficult to learn? can u give me some advices?

i am medical student
i hope for especially other medical student can answer my question
Thanx
Answer:
I am a doctor. I didn't find OB/Gyn or surgery particularly difficult. Review your anatomy, that should help with surgery. They can't expect you to know much as a medical student, other than identifying body parts, knowing what nerve innervates what muscle, and that sort of thing. Stuff you should already have learned.OB has a very limited number of things you need to know. Grab a textbook and start reading. Again, know the anatomy. Read about the common things that can occur in pregnancy - pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, placental abruption, etc.Good luck.
I wasn't aware they were difficult to learn, as compared to say phramachology or organic chemistry.I was also under the impression it was OJT -- on the job training. You watched surgeons do it and they explained exactly what they were doing and why.
based on your poor command of the english language, i'm going to hypothesize that these lessons are difficult because you can't read the textbooks. for the sake of your future patients, i really hope you're not going to school in an english speaking country.
