It happens to all of us like if i think of losing someone i love very much i cry. Try to keep your head up..journal your thoughts and then get up brush yourself off and keep on chuggin..!
One of the major contributing factors is stress. Physiological results of stress include but not are exlusive to: increased heart rate, elevated release of cortizone/corticosteroids, ulcers of the stomache, palpitations, dilation of pupils. The pull of your emotions causes different levels of stress in different indivuals. How you have conditioned yourself in certain stress/anxiety provoking environments will determine the levels at which you will experience the reactions of stress. Desenstization will reduce the level of stress that your body will go through. If you have "hardened" yourself or created coping/defense mechanisms to deal with various stressors, you will see a decrease in the intensity of any physiological reactions to stress. Finding positive/constructive outlets to stressors in life will help. The only way to really get rid of stress is to be devoid of all emotions or be dead.
